We’re having a great time on the road bringing my music to new and exciting places around NSW.

Here’s a short update as part of my planned Tour Blog:

So far, some of the shows have been fantastic (Byron and Newcastle), and others not so much (Tamworth). We all played to our first empty room with our gig in Tamworth last Friday night. But I’m not giving up on Tamworth. Next time I return there, the room will be packed – that’s a promise.

However, we did do a bunch of really fun radio appearances during the day on Friday. Among these, was a chance to cover a top40 song live on air. Here’s our version of Paloma Faith’s ‘Only Love Can Hurt Like This’:

Somewhere past the town of Glen Inis, we also decided upon an impromptu roadside performance after being held up for 45mins by a road-bicycle race.

Tonight, we’re back on the road for another run of 5 dates with 2 gigs in Newcastle kicking them off. Tonight, we’re at the Lass O’Gowrie in Wickham playing alongside the Vanishing Shapes and Hudson Arc. The night is running from 9-12 and we’re playing at 10pm.
